Founder of AH HA Solutions and a systems-level leader with 15+ years driving organizational transformation in housing, homelessness, and human services.

AH HA Solutions was founded on a simple belief: the right systems, led by the right people, change lives. After 15+ years in the trenches of nonprofit leadership — building teams, securing funding, and redesigning broken systems — I started this firm to bring that same intentionality to organizations ready to grow.

My work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. I don't just advise — I build alongside you. Whether it's redesigning how your organization tracks outcomes, securing a major government contract, or coaching your leadership team through a transition, the goal is always the same: durable impact.

I've led a 16-person team including four program managers, managed a $3M operating budget, negotiated a $1.8M contract with the State of Texas, and spearheaded a Coordinated Entry redesign that measurably improved outcomes for people experiencing homelessness. I've done this work from the inside — and that's exactly what I bring to my clients.

Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, I work with nonprofits and government agencies nationwide across housing, homelessness, human services, community development, and workforce development.

Full-cycle grant support: proposal writing, budget development, funder reporting, and compliance management. Track record includes a $1.8M TDHCA contract and $7M+ in Emergency Housing Vouchers secured for a single CoC. Federal, state, and private funders.
Data Governance & Performance Infrastructure
HMIS management, HUD compliance reporting (LSA, PIT), dashboard development, and data quality improvement — turning your data into a strategic asset instead of a compliance burden that makes outcomes visible and decisions defensible.
Leadership Coaching & Team Development

Led operations, strategy, and performance for a growing CoC backbone organization. Managed 16-person team, $3M budget, and $1.8M TDHCA contract. Drove 250% revenue growth ($2.1M → $8M). Redesigned Coordinated Entry and secured 360 EHVs valued at $7M+.
